I was recommended to get Todd Farrell as my mortgage broker.
So I contacted The Mortgage advisors , Arick Peddle was the one who contacted me back , I am forever grateful for that.

As a 1st time buyer, in a market that was never seen before this competitive, and inflated .. a pandemic..
he helped my family and i, achieve what seemed to be the impossible. He helped us get our 1st home , and went above and beyond what I was expecting.
Everyone that was involved in this process, from the real estate agents , to the lawyer, all stated that it really showed that we had a really good mortgage broker.
It was a pleasure dealing with Arick , he was very professional and yet , it felt like we knew each other through the entire process.

Todd helped so much, I'm so grateful for everything he did. I would not be a home owner right now if not for him. Todd is a great help, he even did more than he had to to help me out that was never expected of him but he just wanted to. He was with me until the closing date and he understood my limitations as a person with what am able to to do in my own daily life. Extremely satisfied with the experience from Lindsey Cupelli of the Petawawa Mortgage Advisors! I originally consulted with another broker and did not receive a good experience. I reached out to Lindsey and she treated me like a customer with a million dollars, right off the bat. She answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction when I knew what I wanted, but not necessarily how to go about doing it.
