I've been going to this Tim Hortons location almost every weekday morning for over 13 years. It's about average speed lately and my order is never messed up. I have 2 complaints, first, when I say "Thank you" What is the proper response? Well I can tell you it's not silence... Learn some basic manners and say "You're welcome" it only takes a second. There is only one or two of the employees that actually say it. Second complaint, put a sleeve on any hot beverage that has less then 2 milk or cream... ESPECIALLY TEA, do it automatically like most every other Tim Hortons I've been to.
