Called them in the fall to get my hedges trimmed and they recommended I wait until spring. They checked in this spring and told me I was ready in the books if I still wanted the service. Absolutely fantastic customer service and professionalism.

I am a residential customer. When you look at the website it might seem like they are only in to bigger jobs but to my surprise they were perfect for the job. I emailed WSS in May 2020 asking for them to assess my lawn(weed/desert scape) and tell me how it could be fixed. It was agreed that I needed what they call a "lawn renovation." From that point on they were increasingly busy as the season was just starting and lockdown restrictions were lifting. Despite their hectic schedule, they were extremely responsive. Every time I emailed, I had a reply within the day. They explained every step of my lawn renovation thoroughly and even though I got very concerned about observations which I did not understand, they remained calm and handled my hysteria with professionalism. At one point the owner arrived at 0600am while I was running sprinklers so he could see my set up and gave me advice to get my new SOD through the brutal heatwave. The quote was on letterhead as were the invoices and receipts (this matters to me because I keep a home-improvements binder that will be displayed when my home is eventually for sale.) This job was done in June 2020 and it's now Oct and I still email them for advice as I'm no lawn care expert. They still reply promptly with the advice I am after. I give a full recommendation to this company for anyone looking for landscaping to be done.

Travis and the guys are real pros. They fixed some grading issues in my backyard, installed top soil and new sod. The crew showed up on time and delivered exactly what I asked for on time, on budget. They were extremely careful with my existing landscaping and were able to do a major resurfacing of my backyard without so much as disturbing a single flower. Communication was constant throughout. Travis, the owner, ensured that we were happy with every step. I will be using them now for my snow removal and some lawn cutting.

Pricing is not cheap but neither is the quality of the work. If you are looking for a professional job with professional service, these are your guys. I have already recommended them to my friends.
