Really glad we decided to go with this company for our home inspection. He did a thorough inspection, then explained any issues to me in person, then emailed me a report the next day and then also mailed me a full report along with a guide on how to maintain my home! We needed the home inspection to buy a house but honestly this service is worth it even just to find out more about your house (for example, we have ants in our attic which we would have never discovered without this inspection). Jerry was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and he really did go a step above. I highly recommend this company!
