Chartwell Quail Creek Retirement Residence

I highly recommend Quail Creek Retirement Residence! From the time of our initial contact our experience was exceptional. Our interactions with all staff; management, psws, nurses, reception and cleaning staff were always so positive and friendly. They are a very dedicated group that strives to provide a high level of care to the residents and their families. My father-in-law moved in during COVID and it was evident they took the resident's safety and well-being seriously while also maintaining their quality of life. While his stay was quite short due to ill health, our brief experience was a very positive one. A special thank you to Delaine for her compassion and superior service.

All staff are very accomodating to my mother and father when he went through tough times and passed
Everyone I have met has been exceptional from all staff and treat people the way they should be treated
My Mother loves it there and appreciates how she is taken care of

I would like to commend all the staff at Quail Creek Retirement Residence in Renfrew for their vigilance during this time of crisis and for their continued care and compassion of our loved ones. These are difficult times and the staff has been very considerate in dealing with each resident, following protocol and helping everyone in coping and dealing with the disruptions of normal living and visiting with family and friends. They encourage a positive environment, suggest alternatives, provide access for virtual contact with family and follow stringent visiting guidelines. Thank you to all staff at Quail Creek for giving even more of yourselves in caring for our loved ones.

The the envoirnment is pleasant staff have been caring helpful and for the most part seem happy to be serving older residents. After a meal there i was pleased with the food and filled up. Always something for residents to eat or drink 24/7. + coffee or tea. Always something going on for residents to do as well as outings on their 9 passenger Mercedes bus. And a lovely safe clean envoirnment. Thus far. Very satisfied.
