Dentistry @ Renfrew

First time here and was welcomed by all staff. Very polite and professional, had an exam and xrays to start. Booked a follow up appointment for two weeks, however they messaged me and asked if I was available to do some of the work the same day later in the afternoon. It worked out perfectly for myself. My dentist was very thorough with doing my fillings and as well fixed up a spot on my tooth that my previous dentist did a so/so job on and it looks amazing! The dental assistant was great as well, very communicative and bubbly. All in all I was very happy I made the decision to switch dentists, as well they have 2 locations which work great for me! Have the rest of the family booked in for there exams in 2 weeks. Overall great first experience and impression :)

I cannot say enough about this entire team. Extremely kind from initial call (right before closing with an emergency appointment request), to the warm and wonderful dental staff that were so accommodating and super friendly. Highly recommended this dental office.

Nobody loves the dentist, but this was definitely the best experience with dental care I’ve ever had. I am a new patient, and the team was so helpful in finding a spot that worked for me. The front desk clerk, the hygienist, and the doctor were all fantastic - professional, timely, kind, and gentle. A truly seamless experience, and I am so happy to have found what I’m sure will be a new dentist in my new town for years to come.

Dentistry @ Renfrew is the absolute best! The team is not only incredibly talented but they are warm and welcoming. I was never a fan of the dentist before, however the team at Dentistry @ Renfrew has made it a much better experience for me. I highly recommend Dentistry @ Renfrew. Fantastic team, talented dentists & hygienists and a clean environment!

After an initial assessment, two weeks ago, I had rated dentistry@renfrew with 5 stars. Following another visit, I now offer some follow-up comments :

At my latest Jan. 27/21 appointment I received a filling and had 2 molars extracted. Typically the double extraction could have caused some apprehension. But that was not the case !

From the front desk reception, to the treatment preparation, to the actual dentistry, the efficient, warm, client-centered environment was most evident. My dentist, Dr Amit, was a very personable,highly skilled professional who communicated very effectively during all stages of the procedure.

Certainly, this is a 5 star Dental Clinic with an impressive team !!
