Laundry Central

Always clean, new machines, well lit, and great location. I had some clothing damaged due to a malfunctioning dryer, but the owner was extremely apologetic and reimbursed me right away for the damaged items. Great customer service!

Was in on a busy Friday, and left one of my blankets in a washer. One phone call to Lanundry Central and Shawn was so nice to ask his employee as to dry it and put it away for me to pick up! Living 70 km one way from the Laundry, I could not have been more great full for their help! Love this place! Always clean, and great it is set up for card use! No more looking for change! Thanks again Shawn and staff.

It was clean and easy to use the machines.

Very neat and clean, change machines, coin machines all on site. Very spacious and easy to find right next to the "down town" area of Renfrew, ok parking and secure area. Well worth going to if you need to do laundry in Renfrew or near by like us in Denbigh.

Awesome customer service. Had an issue with a machine eating my coins. When I called the customer service number my call was answered right away and “Shawn” was able to immediately start the washer remotely. He was very professional, polite, and apologetic. Lots of newer machines and, although I had a problem starting my washer, they appear well maintained. Laundromat is clean and bright. The place could use a few chairs and a folding table but that may be a COVID thing. Thanks for your help and pleasant attitude Shawn!
