I went after hours to vacuum my car but unfortunately the machine was having some issues with the change at the time so I decided to call the phone number and leave a voicemail and surprisingly I got a call back the following day and was offered a service ! Of course I say surprisingly because good customer service is extremely rare these days ! This is a 5 star rating for me because this gentleman was friendly and very helpful.

I lost some money in machine and phoned the number listed for this business. My call was returned with an apology and later a fellow met me at the wash and provided me with a single wash with unlimited time. Very courteous and helpful. He explained machines rarely lock up, but do if patrons try to use quarters. Good service!
