My Hot Water Tank broke while I was away for a few days over Christmas - I talked to Trevor, the on call technician over the phone who helped me to troubleshoot the problem on the evening of December 27th (a holiday), then a second Trevor came to my home the next morning, diagnosed the problem, and helped me decide to replace the whole tank. Within an hour, two more McCreas employees were at my house with a new tank, replaced the old one and removed it from the basement. I was having a hot shower by 4:45pm on the 28th.
The service was INCREDIBLE - fast, friendly & priced fairly. My husband, who would usually handle these sorts of issues, was away, and they all took the time to walk me step by step through the process and make sure I understood fully what was going on.
Received a follow up call today to make sure everything was working well. Unparalleled customer service.
Bonus points for all four men being super friendly to my dog!

Our air conditioner broke down on a Sunday and within 9 days we were able to get a quote for repair, a quote to replace and an installation of the new system. McCrea's was informative, polite and efficient from the people who answered the phone, to the consultant that provided information and pricing, to the expert installers that did the work. McCrea's Arnprior just finished installing a new HVAC system in my house a few weeks ago. Will came out to give me a quote and worked with me to figure everything out. He was great to work with; honest, friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. When a grant I qualified for imposed a last minute deadline and some extra requirements for the install Will was great and worked through it with me to help ensure I received the grant, working on his own evening to get the paperwork done. Additionally it is worth noting I had the exact same unit quoted by three different HVAC companies and McCrea's had the best price while offering the same qualifications required by Mistibushi for a certified install. Adam and his team showed up for the install, they were professional, clean, and communicated well during the 2.5 day installation required for this unit.
