Sawmill Flats Arnprior Apartments

mom loved it at Sawmill flats everyone was so friendly and the commons building was beautiful with lots of events to keep everyone busy, the building is super clean and well cared for, and the staff are wonderful and very helpful when needed, unfortunately her stay was short due to health reasons, but we highly recommend being at Sawmill Flats it's a wonderful community.

The project is besides the Madawaska River, and a short walk to all the amenities of downtown. A great location. The Community Centre is a wonderful addition to the complex. We really enjoy our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment.

I am presently enjoying my new rental apartment at Sawmill Flats.
My 1 Bedroom + den are pristine. Enjoy looking at the Madawaska River and the view from my private balcony. I also have made numerous new friends at " club house" which offers so many services such as pool, darts, games etc.
Location is perfect, close to downtown, hospital etc.
I would definitely recommend any of these rentals to these adult living facilities.

I absolutely love living at Sawmill Flats. My apartment is perfect and beautiful. It has certainly met all of my expectations. Great design, perfect location, superb amenities and more importantly, the people, whether management or tenants, are great!
