The Spring of 2012 I found JUST JOEY at the Garden Shop beside Oakville Place Mall. I was so pleased as it is one of my favourite roses having had it in my previous garden in Montreal where it thrived. Being very patient, I continue to hope a rose bud will appear ...to no avail. This being the 3rd year in my garden JUST JOEY has foliage but never a bud. What have I done wrong? I have never had this experience with the multitude of roses over the years.
