This man knows his stuff and he's not afraid of a challenge. He's very educated in his industry, and incredibly talented with anything he does whether it be piercings/mods or tattoos. You're in the best of hands at 13 Black Cats 🙂

(March 16, 2021, 3:24 pm)Amazing tattoo work! Dylans skill level and attention to detail is 2nd to none! My first tattoo dont here was mind blowing! It's now the only place I go, dylan does all my work. In a very clean very nice relaxing environment. I will recommend 13black cats to everyone!
(September 4, 2020, 11:04 pm)Great experience. Pierced both my children's ears here. Its very clean and the neither child cried! They got to watch Chuck chicken on TV while getting their piercing done. Very professional but also, kid friendly. Personalized jewelry options were lovely as well. I'll be returning for my own piercings!
