Albert Miller, Barrister and Solicitor

He knows everyone who is anyone in our legal system from where you are sitting reading this right over and on up to the Solicitor General's office...... He will pound on doors that you would never know existed and make things happen with the swiftness of the wind seeking the rain on the high sea....... when you look at the writing and the stamping on the money you take out of your wallet or out of a bank machine ????.......... Remember one thing!!!! ....... He and his team made that happen, ....... look it up and find out why......

Then back in the day ..... there was an incident,..... a well known incident in Barrie at an old wester Bar, now called something else I rekon , it was downtown , became the foundation after this particular incident and then became something else , used to be called Tom Douleys..... there was a guy who worked at the door, ..... a common, humble yet well trained military man who one day ran into a patron on a mushroom mission ....... a misssion that took the patron to a place where he was outside the real world and wanted to kill everything in the real world starting with patrons in the Tom Douleys bar which was already known as a rough and tumble place. The old veteran however spotted the mushroom eating patron who loved to play pool and was being very loud beligerent and threatening to other customers and tried to be nice, distract him from his maze and asked him if he'd like to plY some pool??? , The old veteran knew he would lose however he just wanted to calm the situation...... so they began to play pool...... 20 minutes .... 30 minutes .... the old veteran kept taking the worst long shots ever just simply to delay the game long enough so the man with the mushroom meltdown could sober up a bit ...... blows came to shots , shots came to blows .... anger from the mushroom meltdown man became insane ..... he began to poke and prod the old veteran bouncer with the pool cue .... other bouncers began to come over yet the old school military trained bouncer kept sending them away telling them that by coming over they were threatening the whole situation. ....... the bad shots went on ..... and on .... until the old military bouncer , 5foot8, and nothing to look at sunk the 8 ball..........by this time there was quite a crowd around the table ...... watching how this old seasoned veteran would handle the screaming mushroom meltdown curley tattoed , greasy haired man would handle the loss as the 8 ball sank........ He was silwnt for a second .... we ( THE WITNESSES ) all thought it would end well...... God .... were we wrong.... all of a sudden he began screaming that Dale ( the old veteran) cheated .... that he moved the 8 ball...... we all saw it .... Dale Played strait .... honest pool, however ,.... took the worst shots ever in the history we had ever see him shoot ( he was a prettty good shot .... up there with Dave , glasses Dave ! ....... Dale swore up and down , come on Don,.... id never cheat , ... you know that..... then Don pulled a very big knife ..... Dale didnt panick ..... he spoke to Don and told him that he was holding it unsafely...... this made Don the mushroom superman even more mad .....he lunged at the girl next to him and Dale grabbed him.... , saved her for sure ,..... then he started to calm Don down quietly and nicely without even touching him or forcing him to do anything.... asking him to leave nicely ....... and he did .... as the both started walking thru the first doors .....( so in between the first doors and the outer doors ) ....Dale dropped hia guard down ..... i guess because he thought he was walking him out with his knife ........... all of a sudden Don swung around and with full force .... slammed tge knife into the old military guy Dale..... as he put up his hand to protect his neck ....... the 4 inch blade went right thru his hand all the way to the tip and into the wooden barn board .....

I am really happy with the result that Mr. Miller was able to get me. He really did work hard on my case, and looked at every detail to get the best possible result for me.
