  I dealt with Natalie F. and you can expect nothing less than great customer service. Ask as many questions as your heart desires and she will take her time to answer them all. Even if you do not purchase anything there is still great customer service which speaks volumes. Always a pleasure to deal with Natalie and supportive staff and management.

  I walked into the showroom with a pretty good idea of what I was looking for in a sectional couch. Debbie P. helped us, and was quick to point us in the right direction. She took the time to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable about everything.
  
  All in all, a great experience. Thanks very much for making such a big purchase (for us, anyhow) a positive experience!

  Awesome customer service. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a big smile and asked if I needed any help. Everyone there had a great personality. We were looking around 5 other stores earlier and not one sales asked us if we needed help with finding what we needed. They took really good care of us and we ended up purchasing a sleigh bed and a week later we bought a mattress from them. Thanks to the staff for helping.
