  Ashley was very patient with us! Our family had quite the list of "needs" and for almost a year and a half Ashley worked with us to find our dream house. She spent many Saturdays and week nights showing us houses. We have two young kids and Ashley was amazing at keeping them entertained so that we could focus on the house hunting. In terms of selling our house Ashley was obviously very knowledgeable about the market as our house had an offer within the first 24 hrs of listing! I would recommend Ashley to anyone looking for an agent, especially families with young children - Ashley gets how hard it can be to bring the little ones :)

  When we bought our condo we had a very small budget to work with. The condo had to be on a bus route, within walking distance to stores and low condo fees.We never thought Ashley would be able to find us a condo in our price range with all our wants. She found us the perfect condo in an area of Barrie we had not even thought to look at. We would highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking to buy a condo.She is very professional, answers all questions promptly and gave us her honest opinion about each condo she showed us. She is a pleasure to work with.
