  Friendly and welcoming place. Tried donating blood many times in Toronto, but moving clinics are so hard to schedule with and sometimes they would cancel the appointments. This place makes it easy.

  My experience yesterday was probably the best I've had with Canadian Blood Services. In my last experience in Aurora, I told the person drawing my blood that I was starting to feel faint and my arm was going numb, to which she responded that I was almost done and I'll be fine. I had someone else approach me a minute later to ask me if I was okay because I was going pale. I had them remove the needle and instantly had a wave come over me and almost completely passed out. I told this story to the employee drawing my blood yesterday and she made a point of standing with me the whole time so that she could be ready if I needed to have the needle removed early for any reason. She was very friendly and attentive and I very much appreciated it. I didn't, however, get her name.
