She's very responsive to my messages throughout the day and is transparent with us about listings we're interested in. She always requests showings promptly and is extremely knowledgeable about big and small issues with the properties we've been looking at, which have been older rural homes, cottages and vacant land in Simcoe Muskoka. Cassandra helped us get a realistic budget in mind with our preapproval and shares properties with us that are in that price range and meets our needs. She has helped us keep an appropriate budget in mind as the market shifts. She also shares with us why some listings we may initially like the look of are really not going to help us reach our longterm goals. I feel that Cassandra genuinely has our best interests at heart and that we can find the right home with her guiding us.
