There was no pressure at all and he was genuinely interested in ensuring I purchased the car that was right for my needs. He went above and beyond any expectations I may have had and I will definitely be back to deal with him again for future car needs. I highly recommend this business and specifically Justin!

(October 6, 2018, 2:47 am)I’ve just purchased my second car here, after having a terrible experience elsewhere buying my first (also used) car. The service and help at Coates Fine Cars is great. Not only was Graham friendly, but was honest and so so helpful. I really appreciated his check-ins with me the week leading up to picking my car up, and the reassurance I’ve received every step of the way that they’re there to help. He really took his time to make sure I was familiar with the car before I made my decision and helped to show me how to use mostly everything before I drove off. Definitely would recommend!!
(July 23, 2018, 6:07 pm)Recently bought a used car from this dealership, great price and honest sales right out of the gate. About as painless as you could hope for in a car shopping experience! Graham was a pleasure to deal with and was very upfront about a few insurance claims the vehicle had made on it previously. Thanks to Fred for giving me a ride from the GO station back to the dealership so I could drive the car home! Only thing I can think of for improvement is that their website could use some work.
