It is so refreshing and helpful that you show pricing so viewers can comparison shop. I refuse to deal with sites that do not, and I know I am not alone.

Today I ordered my first CPAP machine and have been blown away by the service. By the time I placed the order their shipments had gone out for the day. Viberly took my order and said I had just missed the pick up by Canada Post for today so my order was to be shipped out on Monday. I have to say I was a little disappointed as was hoping to ge started on therapy as soon as possible but was satisfied with the excellent help I received. When I just now checked my emails I see that sure enough they went above and beyond and shipped my parcel today. Now that is service. I will for sure be recommending them big time. Thank you.

My initial purchase of a Z1 CPAP in January 2020 was very satisfactory staff interaction -fast, efficient delivery, and great product. This fall I received an error message on the machine and phoned for assistance. Dominique immediately asked me to return the Z1 for examination, and promptly informed me that I would get a Warranty replacement from the manufacturer. He was very professional and helpful, kept me informed, and now I have received a brand new unit. Just excellent service and personal assistance.

Unbelievable service! We were a little apprehensive making such a large purchase online but due to this company having such a great rating with the BBB we decided to take a chance because the prices were the cheapest we could find anywhere, especially with their price match policy. We placed our order and had a couple items for which we requested a price match, which was honored, no questions asked! Our order was placed at 3:00 pm, by 4:05 pm we received the Canada Post tracking information!!! Order was received 2 days later in perfect condition. One item did not fit properly so when we inquired as to how/if we could make an exchange we were advised That they would be sending the replacement size with a shipping label to return the item that had to be returned. Within 10 mins we received the tracking information!!!! We have never seen service like his before and we will definitely be referring others to this company and we will be regular customers without a doubt!!

I bought a cpap machine from here for my mom. The process was easy and fair. The price was also reasonable too.

This was a great experience. They were very patient, explained everything and very upfront about the costs and the govt subsidies etc. They continually check on me and are very helpful and responsive when I have questions. Highly recommended.

I recently received a CPAP machine from this clinic and they took very good care of me. I was helped by June and she went over machine options, as well as tested different masks to find the one I was most comfortable with. June also followed up with me to ensure my machine was working properly and if I had any concerns. Quality customer service!

I was travelling and forgot to pack an integral part of my cpap machine. Although they did not have that part in stock, they were able to help me out and get me the what I needed so as to not miss out on my therapy. I totally recommend this clinic. I received my diagnosis at two in the afternoon at the sleep centre in Parry Sound, and at five I was in the CPAP Clinic in Barrie being introduced to the c-pap machine by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff person. That was yesterday. I used the machine last night and had a couple of questions this morning. A quick email from me led to the scheduling of a support call which I just finished a few moments ago. Total satisfaction.
