Dr Fefeliva is professional - made me feel comfortable, asked consent to have a student in the room, knowledgeable - found several possible decisions for my health issue, attentive - all my question were answered. At the end I've got follow up. I am absolutely happy with my today's visit. Thank you, Dr. Fefelova.
Dr Fefelova truly cares about her patients. After seeing her twice she recommended surgery to get rid of a growth in my uterus. Every encounter with her was pleasant and she was always patient, not rushing and answering any questions I had. Her office took great care of me and were very professional during my ultrasounds. Anyone complaining about callbacks... I would argue that the staff are taking care of the patients INSIDE the clinic. If you listen to the voicemail there's an email you can send your concerns and questions to, and I found that was a lot quicker. This clinic is fast paced and I appreciated having email as an option. Who likes going into a clinic and seeing the receptionist on the phone?? Unable to address your concerns when you arrive? Wouldn't you rather be taken care of face to face? Anyway Dr. Fefelova was extremely helpful, kind, caring, informative and thorough. I would recommend her a thousand times. Thank you to the ultrasound techs and the medical receptionists as well. The clinic is clean and lovely inside. No complaints at all.
