(January 12, 2019, 10:34 am)The food is good and plentiful. Staff is pleasant and service is qiuck. The restaurant is located in the downtown main street of Barrie so you have to find a spot and will need to feed the parking meter. I would probably frequent this restaurant if it were not for the parking issue.
(January 11, 2019, 12:43 am)The food is a 10, the coffee is a 7 (for me, likely more for others), and the service is an 8 (way better than most breakfast places, but sometimes they forget to come back with hot sauce or are slow on the coffee top up, they are super friendly). Overall this place rocks for breakfast.
We eat here often, and we make a point of coming early so that we are not fighting for parking or eating with the crowd.
For me the tables are packed pretty tight and it can feel like you are dinning with the people at the next table. Get in before 8:15 and you are good.

(December 1, 2018, 12:40 am)Excellent breakfast spot. The home fries and sausages are delicious, the waffles are fluffy, and the pancakes are kid approved. I especially love that local Shaw's maple syrup is served with the pancakes and waffles and there is an emphasis on local food in general. Would recommend to anyone looking for a breakfast spot that is a little less greasy spoon.
(October 28, 2018, 5:18 pm)Very, very nice place for breakfast. We ordered the California omelette and it was super delicious. Place is very clean, their attention to detail is impeccable. The restrooms are clean. The interior itself is tastefully decorated with historic black and white photographs of Dunlop street. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Definitely will come back again.
