I ended up not being able to use them for our company's elevator, as we are out of their service area. Even still, Doug was able to provide me with answers to my questions as well as suggestions on what to look for when selecting an elevator service company in my local area.

Over the last years I have actually watched them live them out. They might not be the lowest initial price, but I 100% believe they are the highest value in the end – by far.
