I was so impressed with the professionalism and the speed which they fixed my washer, is it even legal? I'm just kidding. Serge, you are amazing. I'm gonna have you guys on speed dial. Came with a new part, he got the old broken part out and asked if I needed it. How can you have such polite workers? It's amazing!

I had a great experience with Mr. Rafael, I believe his name was? Our LG washing machine screen gave us an error code over the weekend right before it stopped working. I honestly had no clue what was going on but I am glad that you guys came to the rescue. Rafael was polite, knowledgable and shared extra tips about the washer, the dryer and the dishwasher! You guys are unbelievable.

We had Mr Dima fix our ice maker on our refrigerator. He was very prompt, very courteous and friendly. I was actually quite surprised. Our appliance was fixed quite quickly. We were impressed with his professionalism. You don't see many workers like this too often these days, thanks a million.
