(February 24, 2019, 2:25 am)Very clean rooms, pretty nice (small) pool. Not as nice as the other “Four points by Sheraton” we have stayed in in the past (in Niagara Falls)-finishes are Much cheaper. Walls are VERY thin and you can hear people walking and talking as if they were in the room (and didnt help that the staff were vacuuming the hallway at 9pm!! While our 4 yr old was sleeping). Staff were polite. The hotel is close to Snow Valley resort (which was why we chose to stay there) -bottom line-we would stay there again.

(November 10, 2018, 11:32 am)Four Points gets five stars! Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the shower was really nice. We had dinner and drinks at the bar because we checked in late at night, just before it closed. Our very low expectations were exceeded, as the food was surprisingly good. Also, bonus points for a surprisingly cool/uniquely decorated lobby, using bicycle wheels as sculptural installations.
(November 7, 2018, 10:07 pm)Host at front desk was very thorough explaining everything from services available and not available to how to get to our rooms. Every single area of the hotel was clean and smelled good. Our room was immaculate. The following morning the ladies at the restaurant were super friendly and got us extra food available as soon as we asked for them to refill it. I would definitely stay there again next time I travel to Barrie.
