We had Bill Sawyer come in to do the work in our home. As we couldn't be here ourselves, my mother-in-law (MIL) offered to help us. Bill and Sawyer were the guys for the job and my MIL couldn't stop saying positive things about these two. They were very courteous, polite and personable. She enjoyed her conversations with them and they made sure to inform her of the steps in the process. She was really thrilled to have these two in our home.
The work space was cleaned after they left, which is very important. They took care in ensuring they didn't make a mess and cleaned up once the job was done.

As I said, all my MIL could say about these two was nothing but positive and she'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

As for the quote and the rest of the process before the job, it was easy and things were clearly outlined. Response times are very quick and the customer service is great.
