Holly and Cole are special people indeed. I have to say, Holly is the most clear, thorough and caring communicator who will explain critical details in ways you can understand, and with patience. At no point did we feel stupid, or pressured or rushed with some big and complex decisions, and - quite the opposite, I actually felt supported emotionally through this process - cause it can be a ride! At no point did I feel left in the dark about the process either as there was also consistent checking in and timely updates from the team. And when the mortgage provider messed up on our original agreement, this team went to the mats and somehow got us an even better arrangement than before. Cole and Holly have helped us obtain and re-negotiate mortgages several times now, and we are repeat clients for a reason. I highly recommend Holly and Cole, no matter who you are, but especially if - for whatever the reason - the details of the mortgage world are just too much to handle right now.
