We recently hired Ian to renovate our 2 full bathrooms. They needed to be completely gutted down to the studs and the fixtures needed to be re-configured.

Ian was extremely helpful in guiding us on where to select all of the finishings, having to design and purchase everything brand new for both bathrooms.

Working with a limited timeline, Ian and his crew were extremely efficient. My wife and I also work from home full-time and the necessary interruptions caused by the renovations were minimal, if any. There were many decisions that needed to be made during the process in which Ian was always transparent and proactive about.

We are extremely happy with the end product. Ian and his crew bring a high level of skill and professionalism to everything they do.

Ian went above and beyond helping me find a suitable rental conversion property. He took the time to focus on my goals and was able to answer all questions I had related to the conversion process.
