Indigo - Barrie

Clean, tidy and organized. What you would expect for a bookstore. Loved the spaciousness of the store. The staff was helpful. The bathrooms were very clean.

When I couldn't find the book I was looking for someone that works at Indigo was right there to help me. Thank you for your great service. Everyone was super friendly, and I like that. Good old fashioned service. The way it should be. Have a blessed day.

This location of Indigo is a really good place to wind down and enjoy books. The employees are very helpful and well mannered. The fact that the store is also connected to a Starbucks is a big plus. Although if you are on a budget and a big book worm I wouldn't recommend going inside because you will definitely be tempted by all the selection.

Very much a lifestyle store. Beautifully decorated and open concept but with very few places to sit. I miss the comfort of the previous Chapter's location that this new store has replaced. It has lost its neighborhood meeting place feel.

Adjoining Starbucks location is still under construction. Parking lot is much smaller than previous location - fewer spaces, closer together, and shared with surrounding stores.
