Great customer service, exciting auctions but pay attention everyday since they add more items. only negative is the Lines are very long for pick up on Tuesday, I recommend going during thursday, friday.

Great friendly staff! Very reasonable in accepting returns provided you follow the terms and bring it back within the return window. Read the descriptions carefully, as it is an auction house (not a retailer), and you are buying returned or (most likely) gently used goods with damaged packaging.
