Mary the sales assistant was absolutely great. helped us to get what we wanted, I also liked the service of the interior designer who helped us with living room layout, matching colours, style, accents and adding additional items. It was really great to see a realistic rendering of what we were looking at to purchase in our room. A little more pricy but well worth it. Got what we wanted custom made to fit our room perfectly instead of having to accept something the does not really quite work well in our room. well worth the extra.

Purchased a chair to replace an old one in our livingroom and was more than pleased with the value.
Moreover, the service was AMAZING! Mary went above and beyond to accommodate us and was not pushy at all but most importantly she listened to us. So we will definitely shop here to furnish our family room.

Absolutely amazing experience. Felt so overwhelmed at the thought of picking pieces and coordinating them but James and Serena made it easy! They were supportive without being pushy and really respected our budget and style. Serena was quickly able to understand what we needed and make suggestions because she know the product lines so well. She thought of things that never would have occurred to us.
