Lauren excels at getting in to the hard to work areas and has excellent technique. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm really shines through during the massage.

Lauren is the BEST RMT in Barrie, ON. I have been going to Lauren for a few years now, and no massage compares. The environment is quaint, peaceful, and clean. The user-friendly website makes booking a massage super simple and convenient. I have gone to Lauren for both relaxation massages as well as working on muscle aches and strains. Both treatments are exceptional.

I have been getting treatment from Lauren for about a year now. She is responsive to whatever ailments my old bones (ok, muscles) might be experiencing that day. She is very pleasant to talk with but is also happy to let me have quiet if that's what I need that day. She is quick to respond when I have needed to get in touch, and her treatment room is comfortable and her location downtown is great. I am moving out of town, but intend to keep visiting Lauren for massages.

Lauren is great! The space is well cleaned, the massage is amazing, and she is very friendly and nice to chat with. Would definitely recommend!!
