Mac Tíre Bán Martial Arts

Since starting with women's self-defense and kickboxing, I have now moved on to the full Martial Arts Spectrum. I am not a natural athlete therefore it's amazing that Justin and Nicole can teach me the different aspects of the arts. They offer online classes currently. It's good to be active throughout this time.

The amount of dedication that goes into these classes are outstanding.
