Dr. MacColl is super friendly, informative and professional. Really appreciated his help fixing a broken retainer. Excellent experience overall.
I was a patient of this clinic from 2008-2011 and due to being a bit of complicated case. The doctors at this office were AMAZING (one is now retired, but regardless it is an amazing office). Everything from broken brackets, regular appointments, retainers, replacing retainers and anything else with all of the wonderful hygienists it was a great experience.
Orthodontic work is expensive. We all know this. Dr. MacColl's approach to care is some of the best and most honest that I have ever encountered in the health care field. His high ethical standard and honest assessment and delivery should be the example for health care professionals across the entire field. He praised the health of my daughter's teeth, suggested that they were a bit crooked but that she still had a beautiful smile and could live healthy the rest of her life with her teeth the way they were. He then told her that any changes he made were going to be purely cosmetic and very expensive. There was complete honesty and no pressure. We were able to make an easy decision and look forward to his excellent care over the next two years.
We were more than pleased with the care we received. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient! Dr. MacColl is a very down-to-earth guy who takes the time for each of his patients - we never felt rushed. We are back with our second son and are once again receiving excellent care :-)
My daughter had braces put on by Dr MacColl for a space between her two front teeth. It was a small space and we were debating actually getting it fixed. Dr MacColl did not try to push us to get her braces and was sort of advising us not to because it was a minor space. We went ahead anyway and got them and Dr MacColl went above and beyond to make her teeth as perfect as possible. Highly recommend Dr MacColl.
