Money Mart

My grandmother unfortunately almost fell for a scam when someone try to notify her to let her know that my cousin had been in a car accident. She she was instructed to find a Western Union agent and send money. I thought it seemed suspicious so I went with her today because she was convinced it was legitimate. Anne was extremely helpful and explained that these types of scams have been going on for years and it’s part of her job to educate customers.
I’m glad she was so helpful and put my grandmothers mind at ease.

I was in the location today to send money through Western Union and the girls there were extremely helpful. They walked me through how to send a text to save money on my fees. Nobody else at the other Western Union location that I usually go to has ever done that for me. I will definitely be back and will keep them in mind if I ever need any of their other services.

I had called in wanting to know what information i needed to bring in, in order to cash a cheque I was getting .. I had just lost my ID and i was really hopeful that they would be able to help me out.
Anne was extremely helpful and let me know that they do cash cheques without ID. Anne told me to bring in my cheque and that she would do her best to help me out. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help me, it was extremely appreciated.
