National Installations LTD

I purchased new carpet and underpad for my stairs from Home Depot (Ottawa), and they subcontract to National Installations. National called my two weeks after my home measure and scheduled the install two weeks after that (one week later than originally discussed with Home Depot but not a big deal for me). On the day of, the guy, Brian, showed up within the agreed upon time, removed the old carpet, cleaned the place, installed the new carpet and did an excellent job. It was extremely difficult to install these stairs due to some building imperfections, yet he did an excellent job. Took his time. Installed it right, not rushed. And I am very happy with the end result. It also helped that he strictly followed COVID-19 rules and regulations. I definitely would recommend this gentleman for future installs as he was extremely professional and efficient. He cleaned afterwards and it looked amazing. Overall, very satisfied :) thanks Brian.

I purchased new underpad and carpet for a bedroom, from Home Depot, and they sent the National Installations team to install it.
The company called promptly for scheduling when they received the order, and they were very accommodating.
The guys arrived for the job 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and they were done within 35 minutes. Excellent job, quick and clean.
I'm very pleased with their work and I definitely recommend National Installations.

Excellent! We had some stairs carpeted. They showed up on time and explained the work to be done and were meticulous in their attention to detail. They cleaned everything up before they left. A great job!

Excellent customer service!

Purchased carpet from Home Depot & it was installed by National Installers of Barrie. Do not know the last name of installer but, Joe was his first name and he did one great job. Very informative and offered some helpful tips. Can not say enough good things about this gentleman and a big thank you for job well done.
