The young gal in the change room was so helpful. She also volunteered to be helpful. I made my purchase and was excited when I left that I wasent annoyed by lazy staff. Great shopping experience

We usually shop at Old Navy online. With the onset of hot as Hades summer weather, we needed to make an emergency trip for shorts to fit the kids. The quality of Old Navy goods is great value, and the clearance section offers cheaper than Wal Mart pricing on some items. Found a Hawaiian shirt that works just fine for me, but mens section was a bit stiff on the price. My khaki shorts cost over $20. All 5 members of the family ended up getting clothes on our most recent trip there. It was a good environment, but had a hard time finding stuff for our 4 year old that didn't have camouflage... ENOUGH WITH THE CAMOUFLAGE!

I'm sure Mugatu would say camo is so hot right now, but nay I say!!!

I had an amazing experience with this store, but more importantly with the sales associate Meghan (sorry if this isn't the correct spelling). I had been there a couple days before and loved a dress, when I got the the till it was full price at that time so I decided to pass. Then I got an email stating everything in store was 40% off. I called the store which is when Meghan picked up and was SO sweet and could tell how much I wanted the dress. I am originally from SK and wanted it for a photo shoot. She looked high and low in the whole store as I am pretty sure it was the LAST one, as it was part of the winter collection. She was so accommodating, sincere, and so charming. THIS is what customer service is. I haven't had service like this in a very long time. OLD NAVY head office, give this girl a raise or put her in charge of training because she is a ROCK STAR!
