Iwanted to make sure he would give me a quote for the project; not per hour. He obliged and was very flexible. John is a licensed and master electrician. Very knowledgeable and professional. He was also neat. Everything was done with pride for his profession. Everything to code. Answered all of my million questions. Cleaned everything up.
