I am a first time Pratt Homes customer and I am so impressed with the My Pratt Homes portal. It keeps our family up to date with all of the construction updates, including pictures of our actual unit as well as timelines and what to expect next. We really feel like Pratt Homes values our home buying experience and access the Pratt Homes portal quite frequently to show friends the progress of our new home. Thanks so much for the extra effort this takes to keep us informed and part of the construction experience.

Purchasing a new condo with Pratt Homes was a seamless experience. They were quick to respond and email back with any concerns I had during the whole process and made being a first time buyer super simple. Would definitely recommend. Special shoutout to Ramona for being extra lovely.

Today I completed my pre-delivery inspection with Romana. She was attentive and wrote down every concern I had - Nothing major, just some minor details. I appreciated her patience and love my new home!! I am so excited to move in at the end of the month and I recommend Pratt Homes to all of my close friends and family.
