They do not serve Hawkestone/Oro-Medonte although they have an office in Barrie which is only 20 Min from my home. Lady on the phone didn't even know where Oro-Medonte is, neighbour township to Barrie. I guess the phone got transferred to a different location. She did not seem interested anyways and sounded sleepy. To be fair, on their website my location is not listed as service area but I find it a bit odd consider how close I life.
great team of peole. Mike and Alex were great, installed my appliances within 6 hours after I called.

First class service. Josh arrived on time and phoned before hand to let me know he was arriving. He was very professional, even cleaned after himself. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and was able to fully repair the freezer on the same day. I can highly recommend Rapid Appliance Repair in Barrie!
