Absolutely love Rock N Pole, Lori and all the instructors are fantastic women who truly love what they do. The moment you start at Rock N Pole you will be overwhelmed by the support from not only your instructors but your classmates, who only want to see you succeed.
Friendly, inclusive environment, a perfect option for those who are looking to get fit and feel SEXY. Great instructor to student ratio and all instructors are highly educated in pole fitness to ensure your safety at all times.

There is a strong focus on individual progression and strength development! It's the type of place where you learn something new and everyone cheers with sincere excitement ????
There is a large variety of classes available for all different levels! Come try out a class, you won't be disappointed!!!

The instructors and the owner are all experienced and certified in Pole Fitness and do everything they can to help students have fun and reach their full potential. The most positive, fun, and inclusive place I have ever had the pleasure of attending. Safe, certified, fun, and positive atmosphere!
