The customer service reps at this location go above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. They are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. My 17 year old was so impressed with the positive atmosphere she even said it would be a great place to work!

I was helped my a man named Ryce and all I can say are good things. His customer service skills were excellent! Hands down the best Rogers experience I’ve ever had, thank you to Ryce and Jonathon for making my Rogers experience more than satisfactory but enjoyable!

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly by both my daughter & I dealing with Jonathan and Rhys who were outstanding and informative. Trust me, after spending 5+hrs over the last week with Roger's tech, Roger's TV, Roger's wireless and Roger's accounts just in the phone, not including our self technical troubleshoot care of two+ hrs they were refreshingly better. Customer service like this reminded me why I liked Roger's in the first place, which believe me I was borderline prepared to pack in my 1/4 century relationship with this company and still may with TV. I'm actually not done dealing with accounts and tv but at least this gave me a deep breathe for dealing with that.
