I lucked out when I met Sheila!
This past summer/fall during COVID-19 Pandemic, I was looking into purchasing a property in the very competitive Barrie market.
I inquired with several realtors re. helping to educate me in the Barrie market. Many realtor's expect to meet in person and a written commitment before they will work with you.
This is difficult when you live 5.5 hours away and I wasn't prepared to sign a commitment letter until I knew that was the Realtor I wanted to work with.

Finally I connected with Sheila and truly lucked out!
Sheila took the time to find out what I was looking for and to speak with me about the Barrie market.
She was very informative and understanding of my situation. She sent me listings that I might be interested in but also took the time to narrow down more specific information about the property and help find a perfect match.
She was available at last minute requests and even went out of her way to go view property's on my behalf and walk through several properties while I can watch on video.
Sometimes I couldn't even join her on video but she still did a walk through on my behalf to see if the place had what I was looking for and would report back to me after the viewing.

Being in a competitive market it can sometimes be very unnerving, Sheila worked hard at obtaining quick credible information and fair comparables. If I was considering putting in an offer she was so good at keeping me updated and obtained history of the property and updated status on number of offers etc. This truly helped strategize around what I should offer on a property.
I have worked with several realtors over the years since I am a Realestate investor and hands down Sheila was the best realtor I ever dealt with.
Even after my purchase she checks in with me to see if I am satisfied with my purchase and continues to update me with the market as I so much appreciate knowing what is happening in comparable markets.
