I’ve done 2 foundations with Simcoe Concrete Forming.. Last one being a waterfront walkout with poor soil conditions, quite complicated, requiring piles & grade beam. Marc and Luc were fantastic; offering advice when I'd ask for it, flexibility in their schedule, and attention to detail; James and his crew followed my cut sheet to a tee with a quality end product.
