(June 8, 2017, 12:43 am)First time in the store was Sunday June 4. Service was amazing. The order for our fence was taken by Josh. He was polite, courteous and helpful!!! Delivery was scheduled for today June 7 and it arrived by 9 am. Thanks Josh and Simcoe Building Centre !!!
(May 28, 2017, 3:07 pm)Been in here a number of times for renovation projects and the staff has been phenomenal with us. The first couple of times we were just exploring ideas and learning and they spent a lot of time teaching and helping us understand what our options were. Ordering our stuff has been easy and delivery was totally fine and on time. I saw a few negative reviews on here that really don't reflect the experiences we have had (they almost make no sense). I think a lot of people are quick to be negative, but not enough people take the time to write about the positive experiences they have. Anyway, I hope this helps a few people. Definitely give Simcoe a try if you are looking into some renovations (for us, it was outdoor landscaping / masonry work). Go to the back of the store to the support area and talk to the team, you will be glad you did.
