Had our furnace break down in October, and Doug was out quickly to take a look at it. Turns out we needed a new furnace. With the weather getting colder, Doug left us with a bunch of space heaters to keep us comfortable until he was able to instal the new furnace!
I would 100% recommend Doug to anyone in Barrie who needs any sort of HVAC work. He's polite, kind, courteous, and honest! Furnace replacement can be expensive, but Doug walked us through all of the expenses so we were very comfortable that we weren't being taken advantage of

Had a carbon monoxide alarm and after some troubleshooting, Doug determined the burner was in rough shape and suggested 2 options. A complete gut and fix or a replacement. We opted for the replacement because this is our forever house and we have small children and didn’t want to take any chances.
