Exception service. I needed a bath chair and John Tom brought out 5 and after hours I might add. He told us about each one curb side. No need for me to get out of the car. Brought the bank machine and it was all done in under 15 minutes. Professional, friendly and caring service. 5 Star Plus Service.

Being in a car accident at a young age made things difficult i always felt embarrassed having to purchase things not normally needed for my age group but at Superior home health care they made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The staff were amazing with everything. I needed a scooter 2 summers ago last minute for a Canada Day long weekend for the air show and they made it happen..... I high recommend this place and their staff.

I recently purchased a new car from Honda Midland and had to have hand controls installed. I called Sure Grip (the hand control company) and they instantly directed me to John Tom, the owner of Superior Home Health Care, and I am so happy they did!!!

Because I'm new to the area, I initially went thru a different mobility company (which I know from Toronto). It turned out they had absolutely no idea on how to work with the my model of car (even though they said they could when I first called). As a result, I lost almost 2 weeks waiting for an installation that never happened.

When Sure-Grip directed me to John, he spent a lot of time going over all the options I had for the hand control system. He also has actual mechanics working on the cars and they are meticulous with their work. Steve and Char were in constant contact with Sure Grip and would send pictures back and forth so that the install was done properly. They installed the controls in such a professional and careful way that the finished product looks like it came straight from the Honda manufacturers. When the installation was over, John took me for a test drive around the parking lot to help me familiarize myself with the new feather-lite system, as my previous controls were manual.
I am so grateful and appreciative for all the hard work and effort that John and his team put into getting me behind the wheel again!!!!
