Came in looking for a box spring, staff was helpful, straight to the point and very friendly.
I was in the store for less than 10 minutes, looked at two different styles of box spring, then checked out. Staff did not try to push the higher price product at all. All very painless.
As a younger person (student), I often don’t get the kind of service that other, more wealthy looking individuals do. That is absolutely not the case here.
Never will I ever purchase any furniture from any other store ever again.
