They treat employees with respect and patience especially when beginning employment or learning new processes. Quality double-checks make sure that the products are manufactured to the best of their abilities. I see lots of great things coming from this company.
Also, the review from Jordan is inaccurate. The average coils a day for his process is around 80-90 not 30-40.
I can honestly say that the general manager that works here is by far one of the nicest people I've met and is extremely passionate about his job and what goes out of EMCC's door.
