I just wanted to reach out to say what an absolute pleasure it was working with our favourite Agent, Jason Cameron and the entire Peggy Hill Team. My Mum is over the moon, beyond thrilled with Jason and all that he did to help her sell the house that she and my Dad happily called home for 47 years. We have been extraordinarily lucky to have met and been represented by Candice at The Peggy Hill Team. She was knowledgeable of the Barrie area and its surrounding towns. She strategically advocated for us in ways we are so grateful for. She asked us questions, we did not consider to ask. She was consistently updating us in real time; she shared honest feedback from the sellers and potential challenges with our offer etc. She was resourceful outside of her realtor' role and was able to offer assistance with finding other services at great costs. We were transparent with our circumstances, price point and family story. From that, she eloquently created a picture book story to the sellers and share with them why they should chose us to be the next owners of their beloved home. My belief is, this could have easily became a bidding war and we would have been easily 'outbidded'. However, Candice's poise, persistence and commitment, won us our forever home on a sawed after lake and at a price point that was satisfactory for all.
