We were in the Georgian Mall store today and it was a fantastic experience. The young man who helped us pick out all pink accessories for gift was wonderful and went above and beyond. We will definitely return.

I had a great customer service experience! The girl name Alex was really patient, helpful and caring. She followed up the issue and called me until it was resolved.

The prices are usually higher than average, but this store has a lot of new models, and the service is excellent.

I cannot begin to describe how great our experience had been in dealing with The Source at the Bayfield Mall in Barrie. The gentleman helping us, his name is Cole, went above and beyond to help us and I can honestly say that we will make the trip to Barrie each and every time we need anything. Cole independently reminded us why dealing with stores directly is so much better than online shopping. This particular store has made a customer for life. Thanks again Cole!!!
